PACKAGE 1
DEBUT PLANNER
Collaboration with the Debutante in conceptualizing the
  • Deput Theme
  • Conceptualization of the event, taking into consideration its technical, creative, financial and administrative/logistical aspects
  • Assist the client in planning and managing the budget
  • Present at least two to three of the best suppliers vis-à-vis the client’s budget
  • Program
  • After Party
EVENTSbyIRE will assist
  • Venue Reservations
  • Photography and Video Coverage
  • Guests’ RSVP
  • Photo Shoot
  • Reception Music and Song Selection
  • Dance Choreographers
Coordinate and Assist the client in assessing, choosing and booking of desired suppliers
• Set-up appointments/meetings with desired suppliers
• Assist the client in making payments to contracted suppliers
• Constant coordination and supervision of contracted suppliers
• Management of the client’s schedule and deadlines that have to be attended to
•Source out needed supplies/suppliers for the event such as:

Birthday Cake
Food, Drinks, and Desserts (food tasting, too)
Flowers and Decor
Invitations and other Stationary
Souvenirs and Give-aways
Gown and Dress Designers
Hair Stylist & Make-Up Artist

Coordination of on-the-day logistics
  • Coordinate the preparations
  • Cotillion Management
  • Assist the 18 Roses, 18 candles, 18 balloons etc.
  • Assist in the pictorials at the Venue
  • Collaboration on the Program Flow
  • Direct Emcee and Entertainment Providers
  • Physical Lay-out and Seating Arrangement
Minimum Cost: PhP 10,000* for 100 guests

PACKAGE 2
EVENT ASSISTANT: For the hands-on Debutante
Collaboration in conceptualizing the Program Flow during the Reception

Assist with
  • Reception Music and Song Selection
  • Reception Entertainment and Hosts
Follow-up and meet with suppliers for
  • Wedding Cake
  • Flowers and Decoration
  • Invitations and other Stationary
  • Souvenirs and Give-aways
  • Photographers & Videographers
  • Dress and Gown Designers
  • Hair Stylists & Make-Up Artists
Coordination of on-the-day logistics
  • Coordinate the preparations
  • Cotillion Management
  • Assist the 18 Roses, 18 candles, 18 balloons etc.
  • Assist in the pictorials at the Venue
  • Collaboration on the Program Flow
  • Direct Emcee and Entertainment Providers
  • Physical Lay-out and Seating Arrangement
Minimum Cost: PhP 5,000* for 110 guests

PACKAGE 3
EVENT COORDINATOR: For Debutante who just need an extra hand during the big day.

Minimum Cost: PhP 3,000* for 100 guests

*Rates are applicable if the wedding is in Koronadal City or General Santos City only. But just like what I have said, I'm still open for discounts :)
